Studio 6 Suites Memphis, Tn East Memphis

I almost thought i could give this place a decent review, but then i noticed the moldy bathroom and the weirdly stained curtains- classy, right? And despite the pushy housekeeping barging in while my toddler was napping, i was still denied a complimentary upgrade. Absoluteley appalling service, you'd think they would treat VIPs better. Not worth it, really.

The breakfast was ok only.

Just about everything the employee didn't speak English no elevator, smell, strain on cover and the floor. I needed to check in early I still got charge the full price so I paid double for less than 48hrs.

The location was convenient. Plus, we appreciated the spacious room that comfortably accommodated our family, including our two dogs. The free parking was also a bonus for our large group.

My kids wished for better housekeeping management.

The hotel room and building are damaged, looks neglected and not well maintained, rooms are not clean and timeliness for servieces for fixing damaged parts in the room (lock!) was poor. Room would not even justify 50% of the cost... It was very, very poor return for the money, and if we had not booked the room (non-refundable) for two nights, we would have checked out immediately. In the vicinity were cehaper and much much better and mainly cleaner and better maintained hotels.

Everything was pretty decent.

I did not like the fact that the pool was filthy and the surrounding of the pool gave a bad image to the rest of the hotel there was lots of things left around the pool and some shrubs and plants that need to be taken off.

The hallway constantly smelled of weed.

Convenient to all sections of Memphis. Clean.

I asked for a room close to the pool , and was given a room on the opposite side of complex.

It was just a solid selection for a short weekend trip in Memphis with good value for price. The pool was nice and my kids had a blast swimming after a long drive.

Our king room was equipped with central heating, television and a mini refrigerator.

The staff provided really good service, always greeting me with a smile and ready to help. I noticed a strong commitment to cleanliness throughout my stay, with daily upkeep that kept the environment pleasant. The spacious accommodations offered a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the proactive security measures, including an attentive presence and well-placed cameras that enhanced my sense of safety.

The wi-fi connection was quite inconsistent, making it difficult to stay connected at times.

Had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven in my large room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and I had a private bathroom. The setting was marvellous, near eating places and freeway, Memphis and the ghetto. It was good to be 1 mile away from Wendy's, serving short-orders.

The room was dated, made me a little nervous.

Nothing I had to carry my bags up stairs the room was dirty would not give extra towels
